We are currently hiring for the following positions. All roles are based in Solwezi, Zambia.
Operate and maintain concrete block and paver production equipment. Ensure quality control, mix consistency, and output targets are met. Experience in concrete production preferred.
Supervise civil works crews on road construction, drainage, and foundation projects. Minimum 3 years site supervision experience. Valid driving licence required.
Perform MIG/TIG/arc welding and steel fabrication for construction and custom metalwork contracts. TEVET certified or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum 2 years experience.
Drive delivery vehicles for concrete product orders across North-Western Province. Valid Class C or D licence required. Clean driving record and knowledge of local roads essential.
Assist with concrete production, product stacking, loading and general yard maintenance. No formal qualifications required — a strong work ethic and reliability are what matter most.
